Interfase participated in the first edition of the National Innovation Forum, an event that brought together public-sector leaders, technology companies, local governments, and key players from Uruguay’s innovation ecosystem to exchange ideas on digital transformation and technological development.

Built around the idea that the future of innovation is decentralized, the event focused on the challenges and opportunities facing municipal and departmental governments as they modernize their technology, improve public management, and deliver better services to citizens.

Representing Interfase, Raúl Lamas and Osvaldo Guichón shared insights and practical perspectives on Verifiable Digital Credentials and Digital Building Permits, two areas closely linked to process modernization, information security, and more efficient public services.

The event concluded alongside the Florida Departmental Government, reinforcing the value of collaboration between government, business, and technology to turn real public-sector challenges into practical solutions and drive more agile, efficient, and citizen-focused management.
